  • We are seeking a part time Human Resources / WH&S Coordinator to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle of IDKY team members.

    This is a hybrid role, working 4 days per week (30 hours total) – Monday to Wednesday in the office, and Thursday working from home.

    Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: preparation of HR documentation, supporting team members and Managers with professional HR advice, interpretation of the relevant industry Awards and Legislations, developing and maintaining policies, coordinating recruitment and induction, maintaining HR records and managing WH&S requirements and documentation.

  • We are seeking a passionate part-time Social Media Officer to support us in enhancing the IDKY brand.

    As our Social Media Officer, you will work to build strong online communities through various social media platforms. Responsibilities include developing and administering engaging content and analysing social media data to implement effective strategies. This is a stand-alone role, reporting directly to the Operations Manager and CEO.
